About Involve Autism
Who we are
Involve Autism is a parent/guardian-led support and advocacy group for autistic children and their families in the D6/D6w and the surrounding areas of South Dublin.
Our three pillars are Support, Advocacy and Inclusion. Our core activities include the provision of peer support to families, advocating for autistic children to receive an excellent education in our fantastic schools in the local community, inclusive events and activities.
We believe that all children, including autistic children, young people and their families, have a right to live in and contribute to inclusive and supportive communities.
Our vision
The creation of inclusive communities enabling autistic people and their families to live active, fulfilled and happy lives with equal access to rights and opportunities.
Our mission
To be a voice for autism in our local community by supporting families and promoting inclusion and acceptance. We do this through advocacy, peer support, education & promoting acceptance.

Involve Autism has developed 5 strategic goals in line with our vision, mission and values that will help us meet the needs of our members.

Involve Autism has worked with Disability Equality Specialist Support Agency (DESSA) to develop a three year strategic and operational plan with funding from South Dublin City Partnership (SDCP).
Involve Autism is a member of the National Federation of Arch Clubs.
